Hit The Ground Running

Hit the Ground Running is a 2-year cohort-based professional development program whose mission is to empower postdoctoral scholars to: define their authentic scientific identity; build a supportive community of peers and mentors; practice skills needed to run a successful group; market themselves as candidates and independent scientists, and contribute to diversity and inclusion of the biomedical workforce.
