“Journeying across length scales with DNA-powered technologies”
Brian Beliveau, PhD
Assistant Professor, Genome Sciences
Department of Genome Sciences
Thursday, November 16 at 1 pm
Foege South Auditorium and Zoom Webinar
Dr. Beliveau is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Genome Sciences. His lab develops and applies technologies to study spatial patterns of gene regulation and gene expression. In particular, they develop programmable, oligonucleotide-based in situ hybridization methods to image molecules in 3D and to capture biomolecular interactions. Key driving questions are how cell-type specific transcriptional programs are regulated at the level of chromatin and how dynamic cell states are spatially organized in developing tissues.
RSVPs are appreciated but not required.
