- R1300 – Track activity, ensure expenses are assigned to the correct worktags, and validate running balances.
- R1300.5 – Monitor spending at the college level and ensure purchases are assigned to the correct worktags.
- R1300.5 – Investigate transactions at the department level and ensure they are mapped correctly.
