Maddie Ivanova is the Assistant to the Vice Dean and acts as the Administrative Specialist in the Office of Research and Graduate Education (RGE).
Maddie serves as primary liaison between the Vice Dean for Research & Graduate Education and a variety of university faculty leaders, administrators, and executive staff regarding research programs, space, new initiatives and graduate and postdoctoral education under the control of the School of Medicine. She acts in an advisory capacity to the school executive staff regarding project planning and RGE leadership operations. Maddie has over 10 years of experience working in higher education administration, primarily in faculty affairs and executive-level support. She holds a Master of Arts from Harvard University Extension School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College.
