Carleen Ratcliffe

Carleen Ratcliffe serves as the Senior Graduate Education Specialist for the Office of Research and Graduate Education (RGE).

Carleen partners with SoM and interdisciplinary graduate programs to provide resources and guidance in areas related to research education and training for both graduate students and research postdoctoral scholars, including professional development; curriculum and handbooks; recruitment and admissions; and scholarships and fellowships.

Carleen has over 12 years of experience in higher education, and has worked with students from the undergraduate level to postdoctoral. Her interests and training are in student social capital, belonging, and well-being, and access to education.
