Mine Metitiri is a fifth-year PhD candidate in the Implementation Science program in the Department of Global Health at the University of Washington. Her research focuses on strengthening cancer health systems in low- and middle-income countries, with her dissertation centered on improving cancer surveillance and control by enhancing cancer stage documentation in Vietnam.
Outside of her research, Mine enjoys watching sports, playing tennis, reading, watching movies, and traveling when possible.
